Wine (aka Wine Is Not an Emulator , shortened into wine ) is a compability layer that allows you to run .exe files even though they are windows application they are emulated in a way.
Also, can you tell me the best and user-friendly desktop environment to run with arch? I cant seem to find any and switched to fedora untill i find the best desktop environment

if you have 4gigs of ram and more kde or gnome is the best if you have less xfce is the best for me i am using i3wm because i lovve building my own de
way better than i3wm, you should use Hyprland(ik its your personal choice), btw i found it and it is cinnamon
