Hello does anyone know why is this happening ? (i have black wallpaper)
After launching via Steam game can't be maximalized or anything. I tried change compatibility mode or run it as administrator, reinstalling game, updating steam. Last time I played game without problems was before helloween update.
I'm having the same issue, and it's really frustrating. It happened right after one of those off-green players with the name "???" popped into the game, and now the game won't work
There should be a punishment for players who leave mid-game or at the start of the game not due to system error but just because they're not the impostor or their character died. There should be a starting ban of 30 minutes then 3 hours then 6 then 24 hours incrementing each time they leave mid-game.
They already have a system where, if you leave at the start of the match because you're not the imposter. If you leave so many times you get a 5-10 minute timeout

among us should have a Middle East servers cause many people in Middle East play and get kicked out from lag or server connection like me and my family and everybody in Middle East

I have an issue and I can't find any solutions online and it's not one of the youtube hacks, which is what keeps showing up, can anyone help me pls? So this want directly me and I don't have the full information but, my cousin got on and one of the servers and was playing fine and then someone came on and said they knew my name and address (to my cousin not me) and then proceeded to put my full name and current address in the chat. I don't know how they found this out but she changed her passwords on her phone and emails and deleted the game. If anyone else has had something like this happen to them can you let me know how you fixed it. If I find any new info tommorow I with leave a comment on this as well explaining.
do you really need a steam key to download the file or you can just skip and download the file? What I mean is that do you need steam to download it or it's optional and you don't need steam just like Baldi's Basics?

I just purchased Among Us from here on this site, and I have hit the download button a bunch of times. It downloads into a file. How does my son play the stupid game??? I am not a gamer or computer wiz...so be kind...Just a mom trying to set this game up for her kid. Help!
right-click on the file and press extract all. this will make another file that you can actually use. the file with a zipper on it is unusable and is a file format you cant open without extracting for security reasons. its the only kind you can put online to prevent malware. for more info, search "how to extract zip folder".

Just for check which windows are you using ? I am on W 8.1
tried on Windows 8 and 7 compatibility
Trump supporter has been spamming Trump 2020 for a day now, every time you join a server he joins and spams then you get disconnected

You can install BlueStacks and install the game on it to have it for free (no need to pay because there are ads, like on mobile version).

It is actually Among Us but it's just not possible for the developers to make money off of it, the pc version. (Given current circumstances)
Because on Mobile they gain money with ads, on PC there are no ads so you need to pay.
on mobile it's free beacuse they can implement ads. On PC they can't do that.
mobile version has ads so that’s how the make money, however it is more difficult to put ads on pc games so they made the pc version a payed game.

you have to extract it and than hit the file again and it should have a name that said among us and it should let you play it
what device are you on? I can help you depending on your device. You cannot play on MacBooks or consoles. Only windows and mobile.
