The weird part is that I update Unity just now, to the newer version (2020.1.3f1), but when I open the game it says the same "Unity 2019.3.15f1_59ff3e0356d" in a box with the game logo and then it closes, and nothing more happen.

Among Us could really use a "Jester" role in the Mafia mode. The Jester is neither crew nor imposter sided, and has no special abilities. His only goal is to be voted out during meetings. Being killed by an imposter doesn't count.
Could add a very cool new element to the game, as the role intentionally deceives all parties.
The version on Steam has extra cosmetics available for purchase, but I don't see the same offerings on itch.io. Is there a way to obtain these cosmetics on the itch.io version, or is the only version to buy from Steam?
Sorry, but for some reason (That I forgot) you can't get DLC's on itchi. Only steam and mobile. I do not think itch helps/supports DLC for the games uploaded on it.
Hi Among Us community, when my steam version of among us starts it immediately crashes. I tried verifying the integrity of my game files, restarting my pc and uninstalling and installing my game. None of the beta options are on and I can't find anything on the web. Please help, I really want to play this game on my computer without BlueStack.
When will there be an option to kick/ban people during the game as lobby leader? Multiple times there are people spamming/trolling during the game and you can't do anything about it.
During the game when there's a meeting there's a little kick button that requires 3 people to vote kick someone from the lobby. That's the only way to get rid of people mid-game.
It used to be like that, and it caused hosts to kick impostors without them getting voted by majority and a lot of people found that annoying. They wanted to at least defend themselves but hosts would just kick them and that's that.
So this measure was implemented to prevent that. If people collectively agree to kick someone out mid-game at least it is done with the consent of others and not just the host. That way a fair amount of people will accept the decision being made. If the host just did whatever they wanted it would spoil the experience of the game.
Kicking and banning after the game is different because you can now decided to keep them for the next game or not and it also allows *new* people to join before the start of the game. I think getting new players into the lobby while removing those you no longer want is what makes the difference here. As you can't replace people mid-game.
When you kick a crewmate mid-game the game removes their share of tasks therefore lowers the total number of tasks among all crewmate members and therefore tilting the favor towards the crewmates. How? The less tasks needed to be completed the quicker they can end the game before the impostor killed all of them. This can be the same with disconnecting mid-game. But in most cases this is a server-sided issue or just an issue with connection between the player and the server depending on wifi strength in general.
When you play 1 impostor games, the host doesn't need to convince people to vote the impostor they can just kick the impostor and win the game, NOW this is not how among us should be played... EVER! And this was basically what people were doing when hosts had the power to kick people mid-game without anyone's consent.
In a 2 impostor game, the host could do the same thing, except the only difference is the game doesn't end until both impostors are out. With 2 impostors, kicking the first impostor you find prevents them from being a ghost to help with other impostor. so this tilts the favor towards the crewmates. This more or less applies with 3 impostors as well.
You'll need to contact the devs on their discord server for help. I recall someone who bought the itch.io version got a steam key. but there's no way to sync them afaik. plus itch.io has no DLC

Didn't get either, the page says "There are no keys available at this time, try again later", so i had to download the non-steam version, on top of that didn't get any of the purchasable hats. Does anybody know why?
I have a similar problem. My son tried to buy a bundle on iOS and I (parent) accepted it. But the credit card was out of date so it failed. I have now updated the credit card but my son can no longer try to buy the original bundle and it locks up.
Developers, please consider adding an account/login system. I would like to see my same account with the same purchases of cosmetics between mobile and pc. Thank you.

Oh I see. Sorry to hear. There's no plans for the linux port afaik. The developer that does the coding doesn't know much about linux from what i remember. Same issue with Mac, they don't own a Mac to do the testing. Reason why it's even on IOS would that one of the other devs owns an Iphone 6+ so they test it on that. but anyone with an Iphone 5s (due to the difference between IOS) causes issues. Basically they don't have the equipment to get the game on a wide variety of ports. But we'll see how things go moving forward. Who knows. Hopefully they can hire someone who can do it for them to cover Mac and linux. We can only hope for the best.
Whenever i try to download the game, "error in instalation, No compatible uploads were found for this title", i can't seem to download it, and when i try through the browser, it downloads a .apk file instead of a exe for example, i have no idea what to do except for playing on mobile.

Its not free... You can only download the android apk for free but to get pc version you still need to pay 5$
The mobile versions are also free on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store; but like on Steam, the Windows version costs $5.

Yes that's what I mean, as a lobby leader you should be able to kick/ban without needing the help of others.

yeah you can. just make it private, let your friends join, and then make it public so that others can join :)

If you want it for free on PC, download BlueStacks and use it to emulate the .apk file.

I can’t seem to buy Polus Map Skin Bundle. When I try to buy it locks up and won’t let me buy or click on anything else.
