I can only think of this reason when you added Quickchat as to why people hated it. Because I happen to fee, that you were working on the Xbox console port of Among Us, and somehow you accidentally released the update with the console UI. The Switch UI didn’t change at all and remains functional, but the good thing is that now controller support is added. You done good with the updates of removing bugs that ruin player experience. You guys are great! Keep up your amazing work.

Hi! So I know that the new update and its bugs means Tophat is coming soon. So I am okay with the issues I've seen so far (on iphone), issues that I'm confident you'll fix because you rock.
-polus cams are mega borked -lots of weird graphics stuff, like the lava doesn't show -the buttons on the right side interfere with the control stick on the left. So I tap USE or SABOTAGE when I'm running LEFT and my character jogs right for a sec. This also makes it harder to kill on the move, or sabotage on the move.
In general, the game seems to freeze or lock me out after a game more often.
The auto chat feature is well intentioned, but misses the mark. Also, 90% of the time we refer to each other by color, not name in public lobbies. force the kids to type! it's a valuable life skill!
And here's just something I take general issue with. When it's a 2 imp game but there aren't enough players, I think the threshold for 2 imps should be 8 not seven. Two imps in a game of 7 is almost always over after one round.
You can turn off Quick Chat, just go to Data and it will PROBABLY be there. (I say probably because it might not work for some people) Then you can just switch the settings. Mine are automatically off, so idk how people had it turned on automatically.

I have recently come back to Among Us after a long break and it says I need to update the game for the new chat features, aircraft map, and to just start or join a lobby in general. The issue is that I do not know how to update the game and cant find anything online that can guide me. Help would be much appreciated.
To Update the Game go to Steam or Whatever you got Among us at and Go to the app itself or Updates and Click on Among us and there should be a update Button.

okay so I watched a video about the chat, it actually showed how to turn it on. I am legally a child, but without my parents knowing and me already fed up with censor chat censoring random things, safe to say you won't find me dead with it on. Hi innersloth. When I saw the notification saying a new feature called quick chat was being released, I got so pumped! But now that I see it I’m 12 and I can’t say what I want. 👎👎👎 Bad job innersloth. Really good intro though!! Good job with that!
Among us is now the most frustrating game to play. It is boring. The common comments aren't even the language people used to use. Bring back free talk, I haven't had a lol or lmao singe the change, no one has any personality, they are all bots. Gone is the fun, the humour, and the personality wtf.
If you guys made an update I hate it. Why? Because I can't type half my screen is black and apparently everything else is fine like the main screen good when I'm choosing a game, good when I'm in a lobby,good but when I'm in the game oh when I'm in the game it's horrible even in the lobby I cant type in chat or in meetings or reports nothing and I can't see half my screen like I said I like it the way it was last time when it actually worked and was fun for me
Is it just me or are others view in among us messed up, that you can see is all weird and I was able to see through some walls, it makes half of my screen dark and other times its all over the place. I had to delete like three games in order to get the update.
The new update really sucks. When I'm impostor I killed the last crewmate and still not won. When the reactor meltdown, oxygen depleted or seismic time is to 0, always not won as imp. And peoples are starting to say I'm hacking while I didn't hack. Just stupid glitches happens to the game.
The recent UPDATE is horrible. I did like the quick chat idea, but actually slower than Free Chat. The game Glitches quite often. The new Font for the game, is too big and Bold, for no reason, I like the old one. I would request to give the New Airship Map, AccountandAdding FriendsList should be done as soon as possible. Everyone looks forward to it.
