Normally this happens when you join and leave multiple games in the span of a couple minutes. But since you disconnected from the server, I'm not exactly sure. Although I would just try restarting your device the next time this issue occurs.

No easy way; this version is for Windows. You could try using BlueStacks to emulate the Android version but I don't know how easy that is.
